About Me

Who am I? 

 

My name is Lauren Larry. I'm a 20 something, millennial and college grad. I'm married to a wonderful man I've known for 20 years and in a relationship with for 6 years. I'm a vegan, a nature lover, a dog lover, and an Army wife. I've been "coaching" for many years, just not under the name. I have a Bachelor's of Science Psychology with a minor in Afro-American Studies from Howard University. I have recently become a Seasons of Change Certified Coach. I believe strongly in the connection and correlation of nature's seasons and our own lives. I am a Relationship Coaching Specialist with a certification from the International Life Coach Training Institute (ILCT). ILCT is an accredited school by the International Coach Federation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Who do I coach?

 

I enjoy coaching Millennials, Generation Z, and military spouses. I will coach anyone, but these are the folks I work best with and see the most results.
